Overview
An architecture and design firm with 22 endpoints required assistance in restoring operations and retrieving confidential client info after a ransomware attack. The firm did not have an internal IT staff that was capable of formulating a solution or containing the threat actor. Challenges
Threat actors breached the firm’s network via ransomware by taking advantage of the insufficient email security system.
